poor signageinadequate soundproofing
The entrance was surprisingly difficult to locate. Signage could definitely be improved. inside, i noticed the soundproofing was inadequate. noises from adjacent rooms and hallway conversations carried quite clearly into my room. i found this problematic, especially during early mornings and late evenings.

The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, a mini Orange Square. Staff are super attentive from arrival through departure! We just loved the building and location. I'm already looking forward to returning for the excellent service.

The staff extended such a warm welcome. I felt instantly at home and relaxed. they gave us great advice on location and dining. They were really invested in. the location proved beyond perfect. we loved every minute.
the hotel was a little hard to find.

The double room contained two bedside tables with lamps and a small desk near the window. a wardrobe provided adequate storage, and two chairs offered a seating area. We loved the style of furniture. blackout curtains ensured restful nights.

the staff was polite and helpful . the breakfast included fresh items each morning. i found the location convenient to many attractions. the lift provided access to all floors of the building.
it was sometimes difficult to find the hotel on initial arrival. better signage could improve this issue.
